Hi, I have noticed that you can create multiple content databases on one Webcon installation. Why and how would you actually use that? It would be great if you could segregate the instances of different business entities in different databases, but I am not sure that is possible. What else do you know about this subject of multiple content databases on the same Webcon portal. Thanks, Razvan

Hello, during creating bps users (through action or designer studio) it replace polish letters like "ą ę ś ..." to "a e s ..." in user names. Is there any possibility to fix this?

Dear Forum, We have completed our test installation of webcon environment but can't connect to designer with https. Webcon portal, and main access to system works through https but with designer we're getting an error that portal is not under that address. when we switch to http it works. Where do we change this setting for designer?

Exception on Light Outlook web version

Hi, After installing the web Outlook plugin I am getting some error on the "Show context item form" button. All the other action buttons work properly, but I am getting the following error on the first one: {"type":"Exception","message":"Cannot use cache in config db context","errorGuid":"f8b38a8e-7220-461b-83f6-f2f8d65aae47","stacktrace":"","innerError":null} You can also see the attached pictures. Exception launching Designer Studio

Hi All, I am unable to launch Designer Studio. Getting Cache Load Exception(added screenshot). The error is coming after providing the credentials while launching the application. If anyone can please suggest what is the cause of this error and how it can be fixed. I have already tried deleting browser cache, reinstalling the designer studio, etc. Thanks, Siddharth

Possible E-Mail Bug

Hello, I am trying to send a custom mail via the action. In the direct recipients I need to have a hardcoded e-mail address and in the CC I have to have another hardcoded e-mail address. This is not a restriction, but it's the way I firstly tried. It came as a surprise when for each e-mail address a separate mail was sent. Problem with HotMailbox setup

Hello Everyone, I have an issue with Hotmailbox configuration in my environment. I have an account created by IT department with mailbox and MFA disabled. When I try to setup connection in HotMailbox, I get "ERROR: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized". I don't have any problems when I try to log in to outlook directly in browser using the same credentials. What else might be wrong with configuration? Thanks in advance for all suggestions.

Bug when using target fields in picker as item list column?

Hi, we recently upgraded our DEV-Environment to latest 2021.1.2.136. Today i was evaluating the new version with our existing processes, and stumbled upon something that didn't occur to me in the past. I have a crucial picker field in an item list, that has target fields from some of the columns in that same item list. It works in our current PROD version (2020.1.3.411). In 2021 it throws: "Sequence contains no matching element" - Error, and the value is not transferred into the target (...)

Attachments saving in a different place

Hi, I have a project where I can't save attachment in a webcon database storage(becouse of company policies). I am looking for a solution to store attachments on network drive. Is there possibility to change localization of attachment ? May be some workaround? Some action, rule, ect? I thought about action which will create a folder on shared drive and webcon form will show information to user where to store attachment. But I don't know how to achieve this:/ Any idea?

Tracking actions inside webcon

We are going for NIST 800-171 / CMMC compliance and we will have contracts with CUI data potentially stored in WebCon flows via attachments. Because of this we need to be able to trace every single action a user takes and log it. Uploading attachments, accessing, deleting, updating, etc.... Is this possible with WebCon? Does it have the ability to send access logs to a SIEM?

Copy Past a table in Webcon

Hello all, Thank you for taking the time to see my question! The travel team of my company uses a specific application to search and book flights. When they have a flight chosen and booked, they get a table through a command done inside the application which can be pasted in email/world/excel. Hello everyone! I have one question, because it is not obvieus to me. When I set an infinite timeout somewhere in a step in the beginning of the process - does the timeout stop when the process reaches one of the end steps, or does it go on and on an on? ;-)
